Am i in danger?
Danger according to my first system needs and threats? Second system? Third, or fourth??
Fear rises from the pit of my stomach up my truck and back... stores in the shoulders? down the legs? is it trying to get me to act?
Direct danger to the physical, the body, the temple of my experience... I must act. I must move or make an essential decision to preserve my living vehicle (the robots physical shell).
Danger to the emotional self... rejection from a love interest. rejection from someone in whom i trusted or hoped to trust. denial of access to someone who once protected me emotionally (death of an elder)...
Danger to my concept of self? Who am I and how do I see myself as being? What if others don't see me that way and what if others want to attack my view of myself or others' views of me?
Danger to my ability (right) to social mobility...? This UX is where your feelings in the hands etc... would be very useful. Should you be getting physical signals when you are in danger in any of these 4 systems of self, then you are operating on a highly attuned system much like the ninja should. Like an inbuilt alarm system...
Maybe you can set up wards external to your self so that when activated a signal comes back to your body warning you of an external danger on the move. The Japanese did apparantly have such an art... haragei. hara is the centre or the spirit and spiritually you would be able to detect danger to your self.
How does one work toward and develop this UX?
I don't think achieving attunement to average danger is so difficult espeacially across the first four circuits. Rather the challenge is about mastering the fear associated with it how to act when you sense the danger. Alot of modern fear could be ego based fear, social fears or anexities.
ReplyDeleteReal attunement or ninja sense is when you know an assassin has you in their sites several building blocks away.... I would say thats moving into the psychic or 7 & 8 th circuit. Prediction of very distance or future danger.
There may also be a danger in tuning to danger on these circuits. I.e. the risk of becoming paranoid. I think a more practicle use would be to say sense and avoid a car accident or something of that nature.
Again tuning the psychic sense requires first self awareness and secondly mental/external awarness. I think most psychic attempts to develop oneself fail because the person doing them has no self awareness. In the case of danger - being aware of your strength/weakness condition at the time help you qualify exactly what is a danger. If your driving a tank a car smashing into you isnt a danger.
Mental/external alertness is our like radar system - how we use our faculties to tune for danger in the environment. This can be increased by being healthy, minimum drug and alchohol use, fitness. Alertness meditations... etc etc. proper sleep.
